Surface Pressure

While it would seem obvious that sea-level pressure and surface pressure are 
the same over the ocean, the fields are not equivalent.  For most studies, the 
sea-level pressure should be used.  The fields are different because surface 
elevation of the oceans in the model is not at zero meters.   (Gibbs effect 
from using a spectral model.)
