3D Flux Fields

The 3D-flux fields are not on the CD-ROM (for space considerations).  The 3D
fluxes can be obtained from the full archive.  Some comments:


1) The horizontal diffusion is missing some terms.  These terms only apply to 
   the smallest scales (total wavenumber > 33).  However doing a budgets for 
   these small scales is near impossible.  The time-truncation error 
   (only 6 hour sampling) is too large for the small scales.

2) Some of the fields were originally computed on the radiation grid and may 
   have interpolation errors (see GRID.RAD).

3) The heating terms are only stored to the nearest Watt (see PRECSION).

4) Recovering the 3-D clouds is very difficult (see PROBLEM.CLD).
