bilingrb 

This is an experimental version of bilingrb for windows.

I just compiled bilingrb and the gribw library with cygwin.


Installation:

  Non-Cygwin sytem:

	copy the *.dll and bilingrb.exe files to a directory on your $PATH.

  Cygwin system:

	copy wgrib2.exe files to a directory on your $PATH.
        Try running wgrib2.  If the program complains about a missing .dll,
          download it from your favorite cygwin mirror site.
