Silly programs to fix improperly made GRIB files.  Mainly for use
when you encounter an old GRIB file.


fix_grib_bds_v1.1.tar.gz	fixes a BDS bug in some old NCEP files
fix_grib_bds_AES.tar.gz		fixes a BDS bug some AES files
y2k.tar				simple program to change date from 19xx -> 20xx
new_data.tgz			changes the (reference) date code
