This directory contains clones of directories that were on
nomad1/3/5.  These directories will be deleted with the
nomad1/3/5 situation is cleared up.

NARR_archive:  
    Note 1.  Names have narr -> rcdas   (my mistake)
    Note 2.  This a updated version of NARR with some bug fixes
