SPGB, Spost

CORe runs two post processors, ncep post and simple post.  The ncep post
creates the standard pgb file that people expect. The ncep post has a
group of people for support. Simple post just does log(p) interpolation
and is configured for a limited set of fields so that one use to examine
the ensemble variablity.
