We are the developers/providers of the CPC gridded Outgoing Longwave
Radiation (OLR) data set. We would like to let you know that the
current generation NOAA (CPC) OLR data, derived from NOAA/NESDIS AVHRR
Level 2 orbit data, will be terminated no later than the end of this
coming September (09/30/2023).

We are finishing up the development of a new generation OLR data to
replace the AVHRR OLR. For more details, please contact Dr. Pingping
