On 29 Jul 2013, the pentad files:
  godas.P.20130704.grb
  godas.P.20130709.grb
were replaced with those generated from the GODAS run on WCOSS, NCEP's new HPC.

Also, the grads index files will no longer be provided.
To generate your own, modify the TDEF statement in the sample descriptor files
as needed for your period of interest.  Try the -0 (that's zero) option when you call gribmap.
