The pentad files:
  godas.P.20170917.grb
  godas.P.20170922.grb
  godas.P.20170927.grb
were recreated on 10Oct2017 to correct further analysis errors caused by a
significant increase in the number of ocean profile observations in a small
area from instruments deployed near hurricanes.  The errors were corrected by
rerunning the daily analyses for the affected dates with additional
data thinning in the pre-processing step.
