The grads index files will no longer be provided.
To generate your own, modify the TDEF statement in the sample descriptor files
as needed for your period of interest and run gribmap.  For example:
  gribmap -v -i godas_monthly_tgrid.ctl
If you are using a version of prior to v2.0.0, try the -c option when running gribmap
for the monthly godas data.
