8/16/2022:  New dataset is released.
This dataset is the same as 1/30/2020 for all SBUV instruments.
The only difference is a reprocessed OMPS NPP dataset for 2014 to present.

As in the 1/30/2020 dataset:
This data adjusts N16, N17 and N19 to N18.  
OMPS from S-NPP is adjusted to N19.
Early data is minimally adjusted.
Nimbus-7 and N11 are not adjusted.  N09 is adjusted to N11.

NOAA-19 used in this version is NASA Version 8.6:  n19s4h.

New for this dataset:
OMPS data used in this version is NESDIS version v4r1 from S-NPP.
