The current CPC Climate Diagnostics Bulletin and links to archived bulletins dating back to 1999. information The Climate Diagnostics Bulletin (CDB) is a monthly compilation of meteorological and oceanographic analyses issued by the NOAA Climate Prediction Center (CPC). Analyses are displayed on the CDB web page in both PDF and HTML formats. The analyses that make up the CDB are produced from a variety of digital datasets archived by the CPC, and by other contributors external to CPC. The CDB is designed for use by scientists and decision makers with a technical background in climate variability. The Climate Diagnostics Bulletin CDB) is a monthly compilation of meteorological and oceanographic analyses produced by the Climate Prediction Center (CPC). The CDB is a near real-time climate monitoring and assessment tool used throughout the world by scientists and decision makers having a technical background and interest in climate variability.
