This directory contains the NMME (Ensemble Mean) Forecasts
for Precipitation and 2-meter Air temperature which are
stored in separate sub-directories called "precip" and 
"tmp2m" respectively. Each of these variables have separate
sub-directories for monthly and seasonal forecasts.

Each forecast sub-directory has its own readme file. Please refer
to the readme file that exists in each of these folders.
