GLB_DLY_PREC  - GeoTiFF (mm/day)

To view the GeoTiff in ArcGIS:
Go to "Symbology"
Classify the data
Exclude the missing value (which is -999.0)

The CPC Unified Global Daily Precipitation Analysis is defined 
by Optimal Interpolation (OI) of gauge observations. The gauge 
observations are from the GTS and the CPC unified daily gauge data
sets over CONUS, Mexico, and S. America.

The data resolution is: 0.5x0.5 degree
