NEMSIO

The CORe model has two native grids.  The forecast model works on a C128 cubed 
sphere.  The data assimilation works on the 512x256 Gaussian grid.  The output
from the Gaussian grid in in nemsio format.

The post processing routines use the nemsio files as their basic input.
