Isentropic Levels

The post processor outputs data on surfaces of constant potential temperature.
The level used are:

   270, 280, 290, 300, 315, 330, 350, 400, 450, 550, 650K

Unlike the pressure surface analysis, under ground levels are flagged with a 
missing flag.
