Jeff Krob ported the linux port of copygb to window NT4/95/98.
The user interface is different from the unix versions and
Jeff considers this port to be beta and still under testing.

The windows port was removed because it was not Y2K complient.  Jeff 
didn't respond to my email.  BTW the linux version was compiled with 
g77 which has been ported to the windows environment.  I suspect
the window port should be trivial using g77.
