I ported my copy of copygb/grbindex to the AIX.  Only had
to change one character of source code (C-Fortran binding
was different).

Since our Cray replacement is an AIX-based system,  Mark
Iredell and I have decided it is now the time to merge
the operational version and the linux port.

The merged-code AIX port is taking longer than expected
(we are both very busy), so I'll update the files to
include an AIX makefile when our SP returns to life.
