COPYGB: porting and bug reports

The version of copygb in this directory was tested on a x86 linux
system using the g95 compiler (www.g95.org).  People have run this 
code using different compilers and CPUs. However, if you plan to 
port the code to another compiler or machine, you are on your own.  
Experience has shown that answering questions about compilers which 
with I have no experience is a waste of my time.  (Insert comment 
about blind leading the blind.)  If you think there is a problem 
with the code, please reproduce the problem using the g95 compiler 
on an x86 linux box and send it to me (wesley.ebisuzaki@noaa.gov).
