North American Regional Reanalysis

Copygb can be used to convert from the Lambert conformal grid used by
NARR to a latitude-longitude grid.

Comments:

    The code is only supported for i86 linux systems.
      The source code is located in copygb-g95-linux.tar
      Just type "make" to compile the code (may need to install
      g95 first)

    The program, copygb, uses a different convention for the
      precision than used by NARR, see the contents of copygb_rr.tar
      to learn how to preserve the precision when using copygb.

    By the way, these comments also apply to the NAM output.

9/2005: fixed mk_ibs_table.sh
  somehow the 4/2005 fix never made it into the tarball
  (comment there but no code)
