As of 1 November 1998, OLR data from the NOAA-12 spacecraft are no 
longer available.  OLR data are now available from the NOAA-15
spacecraft (AVHRR, same instrument as flown on NOAA-12 & 14).
The nominal equator crossing time for NOAA-15 is the same as
that of NOAA-12 (~0600/1800).

The NOAA-15 OLR data are available in directory: "noaa15_olr".
